Chris Del Rosario

Founder / Chief Architect

Chris is Craftelli’s owner and chief consultant for design and architecture

Before starting his own design practice in 2017, Chris was head of IT and Security operations for CO-OP Financial Services. During his tenure, he oversaw Systems Architecture, IT Operations, NOC, Service Desk, and Information Security. Applying both Engineering and Design expertise, he was a key leader in designing and building scalable systems, processes, and operational teams to provide 24x7 value delivery to thousands of credit unions. All this while navigating the increasing complexity in the compliance space and protecting the data of millions of credit union members.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Global Business.

Karen Del Rosario

Principal Consultant - Healthcare Operations and Compliance

Karen is Craftelli’s co-owner and chief consultant for healthcare operations.

A practicing registered nurse, Karen oversees consulting program for healthcare operations and compliance. Combining both medical and compliance experience, Karen provides practical solutions for effective and secure delivery of care as well as industry insights in navigating the constantly changing healthcare compliance landscape.

Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
